Yext Reviews just got a major upgrade with a dedicated insights page that tracks key metrics and trends over time. Your clients can now quickly identify Review Themes—such as customer service, product quality, or wait times—across specific regions, markets, and locations, helping them take action to improve their brand reputation and star rating.

A fresh look and more control with Yext Knowledge Graph

We’re introducing Entity History, Disaster Recovery, and Rollback, giving your client more control over changes. They can easily view a complete history of changes and restore previous versions with a single click.

Additionally, you’ll notice Yext Content has rebranded to the Knowledge Graph across the platform and help site. Don’t worry, this won’t impact how your clients use Yext; it’s simply a clearer way to define the value of content within the platform.
