Attendee agrees to these termsandconditions with ticket purchase.
Program attendees agree that Siinda will create and provide attendees access to the conference app based on their registration information for notification purposes. Attendees agree that activities will be photographed, videoed, and published for purposes of promotion only.
All credit card payments will be charged with an additional 3% credit card fee of the final amount.
All conference invoices must be paid prior to the conference start.
Cancellation up to 45 days before the event: 50% of the total invoice amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within 45 days before the event: the total amount of the invoice will be due, and no refund will be made.
Changes or cancellations must be submitted to Siinda in written form.
By registering for any Siinda event, you allow Siinda to access your hotel booking for event organization purposes, and the data will not be shared with third parties.
