Siinda Board Announcement

João de Sousa Aroso resigned from the Siinda Board.

The Board of Siinda is elected every three years for three years. The last election took place on October 18, 2022, in Florence, Italy, and in accordance with the Statutes Version 3.0 voted on 27.7.2022.

Article 8.2 – 8.7 of the Siinda Statutes outlines the composition of the Board.

Even though the board’s composition was in strict compliance with the statutes by the time of the election, due to recent changes in the board members’ professional positions, we regret to announce that João de Sousa Aroso resigned to ensure that the board complies with the Siinda Swiss Statutes.

João, CEO of Leadzai, has been a valuable asset to Siinda since 2022, serving as an active Board Member and Partner. His contributions have significantly impacted our organization, and we extend our heartfelt thanks for his time and dedication. We look forward to the possibility of his return in the future.

We will initiate the replacement of his seat at the next General Assembly, the date of which will be announced in the coming weeks. This process will be conducted in accordance with the Siinda processes, ensuring a fair and transparent election.
