The company surveyed 250 SMB owners about their relationships with their telcos. Here are some of the key findings:
- 90% of SMBs spend part of their telco budget on productivity tools such as CRM, business apps, financial apps, and accounting apps.
- When asked which services they expect their telcos to offer, SMBs responded:

- Reporting and analytics tools (49%)
- Business tools – CRM, scheduling, project management (46%)
- Financial apps – payments, invoicing, accounting (38%)
