  Bernd Vermaaten is CEO of solute GmbH, the company behind the price comparison platform billiger.de. With over 15 years of experience in management positions, he has in-depth expertise in the areas of corporate governance, finance and strategic management. After training as a banker and studying economics in Leipzig, he was Head of Global Finance at the PTV Group, where he was responsible for global finance and played a key role in the M&A process with Porsche Automobile Holding SE. In May 2018, he moved to solute GmbH, where he initially worked as Commercial Director before taking over as Managing Director in October 2018. Since then, he has been shaping the strategic direction of solute GmbH and actively driving the further development of billiger.de.
