European Commission releases draft implementing decision on Standard Contractual Clauses
The European Commission released on 12 November 2020 its draft implementing decision on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data to third countries. The European Commission also released an annex to the implementing decision. The feedback period for the draft documents is open until 10 December.
